Bitcoin has had a significant year, with its value increasing by over 150%, much of this growth concentrated in the last quarter.
The rally is primarily driven by investor hopes of SEC approvals for spot Bitcoin ETFs.
There are concerns that if and when the spot Bitcoin ETF is officially approved, it could lead to a sell-off, which is disputed due to the pent-up demand for access to Bitcoin.
Bitcoin's limited supply is a crucial feature of its technology contributing to its appeal as a store of value.

2024 is going to be a bull year for Bitcoin. Bitcoin's rally will become stronger after the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF as it will be possible for the first time for institutional investors to buy this asset.
